Description

The "Engishiki" is an ancient Japanese document from the Heian Period that describes the production method of "Kijoshu," a luxurious sake made by adding already brewed sake to new sake during the brewing process. The fermentation is suppressed to create a sweet sake, while the added sake undergoes a second fermentation during brewing, creating a complex and rich flavor.

New political brewery's flagship series "No.6" and the manga "Space Brothers" have teamed up for a special collaboration!

Introducing the limited edition "No.6 U-Type," a special version of New Political Brewery's flagship series "No.6"! The bottle design features a rocket theme symbolizing the characters' passion for space in the manga "Space Brothers."

In addition, this special edition sake uses the "in-bottle secondary fermentation" process to produce a sparkling sake with micro bubbles (sparkling sake) and features the first use of the No.6 series' spiral cork.

For both New Political Brewery and "Space Brothers," the number "6" holds special significance, which manga artist Chuya Koyama personally designed onto the bottle. This special "6" is also engraved on Kimura Glass products chosen by New Political Brewery.
