This sake has a subtle woody aroma, a beautiful acidity that is not too heavy on the palate, and a delightful aftertaste. The sweetness, acidity, and bitterness intertwine seamlessly, creating an unparalleled taste experience.

"A-Type" stands for "Shinsei-type" and is brewed in commemoration of "June 6th Yeast Day," only available for release on that day.

This sake is a derivative product of A-Type.

The 2019 version is named "Essence," and after 2020, it is renamed "DIRECT PATH." The "Essence" version comes with a dedicated neck tag.
