Description

This sake has a subtle aroma of wooden barrels, a moderate sweetness, and a refreshing taste that is characterized by a gentle acidity that lingers in the mouth. The aftertaste is refreshing and disappears in an instant.

It can be enjoyed on its own or paired with nuts, pizza, and other foods.

The fifth installment of Aramasa's 10th anniversary project is the "Manabu Mizuno" style.

Manabu Mizuno is a creative director representing Japan who covers various fields, including Kumamon, iD, Oisix, theaters, universities, railways, and even Utada Hikaru and Shiina Ringo.

This time, Mr. Manabu Mizuno encapsulated the essence of "Aramasa No.6" in the packaging, which was a challenging task. As for the contents of the sake, it uses rice grown in their own fields, without fertilizers or pesticides.

In addition to being brewed in wooden barrels, it was also aged for three months in domestically produced Mizunara oak barrels. This is undoubtedly one of the flagship products of this project.
