Description

This is an elegant sake that doesn't have a very strong aroma. It is full of effervescence when tasted, with a citrusy and Japanese pear flavor.

The packaging of the sake, called The Eternal Tiger (永恆的虎) New Year Junmai Shiboritate, takes inspiration from the "wooden barrel workshop" and features several sacred geometric patterns, symbolizing good luck for the new year. The sake is not the only thing that's prayed for, as an "Ema" is also included to pray for good fortune and prosperity in business and at home.
