Aramasa Brewery is known for creating unique Japanese sake with characteristics of sweetness, acidity, and fine bubbles. These features are said to be brought out by yeast number 6, which originated in the brewery. The aroma of this sake is moderate in intensity and not overpowering. On the palate, it has a sweet and sour taste with a hint of carbonation. The fine bubbles are delicate and almost unnoticeable.

Aramasa Brewery's sake gives a modern impression that stands out from traditional Japanese sake. The label design is unique and represents the year of the Ox in 2021. There is also a black ema attached to the bottle, and the back label states that it was prayed for at a local shrine.
