This sake's fruitiness evokes the aroma of white peaches and Japanese pears. The pleasant sweetness spreads in the mouth, while the woody bitterness from the barrel completes the aftertaste, creating a sharp yet light flavor.

The gentle aroma and the sweet and sour taste make for a delightful experience. It's a sake that pairs perfectly with food.

Commonly known as "Ecru", this sake uses Akita-grown sake rice called "Sake Komachi." Similar to Lapis Lazuli, it is also polished using the "Flat Rice Polishing" method. The unique and clean taste of "Sake Komachi" brings to mind the image of snow melting in cold regions. As an entry-level sake, this one is loved by many.
