Description

This sake has a fruity aroma of white peach and Japanese pear, with a delightful sweetness and a hint of bitterness from aging in wooden barrels. It has a clear and light taste.

The gentle aroma and sweet and sour taste provide a wonderful taste experience that is perfect for pairing with food.

(Quoted from the back label) On September 8, 2023, a 6.8 magnitude earthquake struck Morocco in North Africa. As of September 17, about 3,000 people had lost their lives, and over 300,000 people were affected by the earthquake, with the situation continuing to worsen. In view of this situation, we have chosen "Generation 2017" as the "Moroccan Earthquake Reconstruction Support Sake" and have decided to offer support. This sake has been aged for over 5 years in our brewing cellar under refrigeration. The 2017 rice harvest was exceptionally good, and this sake has gone through a good aging process and has a nice balance. As for the support funds, we will collect 1,000 yen per bottle from our sake brewery, liquor sales partners, and customers, and donate it to the affected areas through appropriate support organizations. We hope that Morocco can recover as soon as possible.
