This sake has a polishing rate of 88%, indicating it is a high-quality sake despite being lightly polished. Upon tasting, you can feel Shinsei Shuzo's characteristic liveliness and sweet-sour taste. It starts with a refreshing and clear acidity upon entry. Towards the finish, there is a hint of bitterness and alcohol presence, with a light and dissipating aftertaste.

The label design is themed around the Feng Shui symbol "Four Gods," with "Nehan Kame" being one of them. With a polishing rate ranging from 88% to 92%, this sake is a low-polished pure rice sake. Typically, low-polished sake tends to have off-flavors, but through meticulous brewing techniques, this sake is free from such flavors, presenting an elegant taste.

Shinsei Shuzo does not adhere to conventional sake brewing methods but innovates to address challenges in sake brewing and explore new flavors.
