Description

The NO.6 X-type Spark version has a strong aroma with distinct grapefruit characteristics and an obvious presence of alcohol. The taste has a slight wine flavor with a hint of bitterness, unexpected mild acidity and a long-lasting bitterness, adding layers of richness to the refreshing and satisfying mouthfeel! It pairs well with cold pasta, fruits, French cold meat platter, and more.

The NO.6 A-type Spark version has a bright citrus acidity and a clean and elegant honeydew, peach, and slightly pear-like refreshing sweetness, accompanied by the aromas of wood barrels when opened. Despite having a considerable amount of carbonation, the elegant bitterness lingers long enough to prevent one from getting tired from drinking it. The aftertaste of the unique clean and elegant taste of the X-type is refreshing. When consumed, it is recommended to chill it to near-freezing point to enhance the woody aroma.

The theme of the Aramasa Annual Fermentation Report in 2023 is "Spark" Special.

The X-type and A-type Spark versions of NO.6 have a more milky appearance after secondary fermentation in the bottle with more lees and are superior to last month's Cosmos Spark. Also, please be careful when opening the bottle as the liquid surface is completely invisible despite our efforts to reduce the carbonation during shipment.
