In March 2022, to convey the charm of sake from the Aomori region, the four representative breweries of Aomori Prefecture (Toyobina, Tazake, Mutsu Hasshun, and Hatomasamune) jointly established a new team "AQE (Aomori Quattro Experanza)".

What has been launched this time is a set of Junmai sake comparison set, using the sake rice "Hanafubuki" from Aomori Prefecture and the developed yeast "Mahoroba Jun", all sake is brewed using the same sake rice, polishing rate, yeast, label, and black bottle. We hope to support the sake industry, restaurant industry, and further promote the development of local communities in Aomori Prefecture in this way.
