"afs Tachibana" is a special Japanese sake that is based on Hayashi En's Gohyakumangoku brewed in 2019, with a small amount of matured afs sake from 2009 blended in.

Kenichi Tachibana, known for his innovative brewing in the Japanese sake industry, collaborated with Kidoizumi Brewery, renowned for its craftsmanship, to create this Japanese sake, "afs Tachibana."

Kidoizumi Brewery, located in Chiba Prefecture, is also one of his friends passionate about Japanese sake. Through LDH's LDH Farm, they conducted rice cultivation in Hayashi En, Asahi City, Chiba Prefecture, initiating this collaboration.
