This sake exhibits a fruity aroma with notes of white grapes and green apples. It has a rich and mellow flavor with a youthful acidity and a gentle bitterness that brings a refreshing sensation. The taste is mild yet refreshing.

Part of the "Field-Specific Series" at Abe Brewery, this particular field belongs to the "Ura" region, known as Yasuda-Torigoe. It exclusively uses rice from the Yasuda and Torigoe regions, which are closest to the brewery in Kashiwazaki City. The rice is sourced 100% from these areas. The cultivation of rice is managed by contracted farmers, one of whom is also a cellar worker named Yajima Mamoru. This field is highly prized and difficult to acquire, making it challenging to expand the cultivation area.
