Description

To respect the flavor of the rice, all of our sake is offered in its original form. This represents our desire to share the joy of Japanese sake with enthusiasts.

This pale pink sparkling sake, brewed from ancient rice, is very beautiful. With a dry taste that has a sweet and sour flavor, it doesn't hide the bitterness and astringency with sweetness, but rather captures them in a positive way, creating a dry mouthfeel. You can also sense the strawberry-like flavor in the ancient rice, making it a gem in the "Star Series."

The rose sparkling sake "ARCTURUS" gets its rose color from the use of ancient "purple-black rice" and natural coloring. Ancient rice is brewed using brown rice, which gives it a unique astringency.

Abe Shuzo uses rice produced in Niigata Prefecture for all of its sake.

The "Star Series" is a challenging brewing series (beyond the usual brewing of sake) that explores new possibilities and strives to improve the quality of typical sake.
