From the mid-palate onwards, it exhibits the unique transparency of Hiraizumi, maintaining a good mouthfeel until the finish. The taste is accompanied by sweetness and the acidity characteristic of mountain waste, making it extremely juicy!

"Hichirou" - the 27th generation brewery owner of Hiraizumi Yamahai, Mr. Masaki Saito, has launched a new brand with the goal of pursuing "novel flavors" and creating sake that he wants to pass on to the next generation.

"Kin - KONJIKI -" is crafted using the latest sake rice "Hiraizumi" developed in Akita Prefecture and the Association No. 1801 yeast known for its splendid aromatic characteristics. "Hiraizumi = Akita Sake 120" is renowned for its fluffy and light rice quality. To highlight its characteristics, a sake with an elegant aroma, rich flavor, and a smooth and refreshing mouthfeel was designed.
