Description

This sake has the typical Hanaabi pineapple sweetness in its aroma, but the taste leans more towards acidity rather than sweetness. The latter half ends with the refreshing spiciness typical of "Gohyakumangoku" rice. It is suitable as a drink during meals. For those who prefer the pineapple-like sweetness of Hanaabi, this sake may not fully meet their expectations.

In the brewing process of Hanaabi, various rice types with different levels of softness and hardness are used, such as "Yamada Nishiki," "Omachi," "Hattan Nishiki," and "Seishu Musashi." This particular sake uses the relatively firm "Gohyakumangoku" rice.
