Description


Although it is a freshly pressed sake, its aroma is still sophisticated and elegant. Upon tasting, the fruity aroma expands gently. Compared to purely pressed sake, this sake has a richer and stronger aroma and rice flavor. Additionally, it has a refreshing and well-balanced taste.

The rice used in this sake is 100% Gohyakumangoku, a sake-brewing rice produced in Fukushima Prefecture, grown in a contracted field by the brewery's members.

All of Sharaku's products are very popular and sell out quickly, but especially the freshly pressed sake, which everyone seems to eagerly await.

This sake is crafted by "Miyamori Yoshihiro," the Toji and sake-cellar staff, and "Yamaguchi Takenaga," the brewmaster, who have been childhood friends since elementary school. This passionate and energetic duo injected their "love" in creating this new "Sharaku" sake, hence named "Junai Shikomi" or "pure love-brewed".
