This is a summer limited edition "nigori" (cloudy) pure rice ginjo sake, bottled directly after one pasteurization process. It is then stored in bottles. By employing the method of rapid cooling pasteurization, this sake retains its rich texture and high-quality taste. It is recommended to store this sake in the refrigerator to maintain a constant temperature and humidity.
