This wine is crafted from Koshu grapes cultivated in Yamanashi Prefecture. It features a gentle citrus aroma and a refreshing palate. It pairs exceptionally well with various Japanese dishes, especially with sashimi or grilled fish (salty flavors). Squeezing lemon or yuzu and pairing it with this wine enhances the delicious taste.
This winery has a long history and was once a purveyor to the Imperial Household.
