Description

This sake has a rich aroma, a gentle mouthfeel, and a slightly astringent taste, leaving a delicate and veiled sensation in the mouth. It offers a different experience compared to the traditional Kuheiji sake. It is recommended to enjoy it with various dishes.

This product was created by Mr. Atsushi Kaneko, the person in charge of rice cultivation at Manjo Brewing, using their own cultivated Yamada Nishiki rice. "Kurodasho" is a small town in Hyogo Prefecture where the rice used for brewing is grown. The numbers on the label represent the latitude and longitude of the rice fields. By entering these numbers into Google Maps aerial photographs, you can find the location of the rice harvest.
