Brewed with Yamagata-grown sake rice “Yamasake No.4,” polished to 33%, this Junmai Daiginjo reflects a deep understanding of the rice’s qualities. Guided by the philosophy of “continuously brewing delicious sake,” it is crafted with heartfelt intent to bring joy to those who drink it.

“Yamasake No.4,” also nicknamed “Tamanawa,” was developed in the 1970s by Yamagata Prefectural Murayama Agricultural High School through crossbreeding Yamadanishiki and Kinmonnishiki. This rice variety is also the maternal lineage of “Sakemirai,” a sake-brewing rice created by Takagi Shuzo, the famed brewery behind the legendary and highly sought-after “Juyondai.”
