Upon opening, this sake carries an elegant floral fragrance, with the typical taste of the popular Jr. series "Kudokijozu Jr." The sake's future hardness is designed to adapt to the seasons, making its texture very soft and smooth. It is recommended to enjoy it chilled, especially during the summer.

The highly anticipated summer limited edition sake is here, brewed with carefully polished "Mirai" rice, which has been milled to 33%. It is crafted with the Ogawa yeast strain M310. Mirai rice was developed and cultivated in 1999 by the 14th-generation successor, Takagi Sanbu. It is one of the well-known and popular rice varieties for sake brewing.

The sake's label features a fusion of various colors and Japanese traditional art "Ukiyo-e," evoking the brilliance of the Edo period.
