This sake possesses a delightful "mysterious" balance, featuring tropical fruit aroma with a hint of fresh lemon and a touch of unpredictability that matches its intriguing name. It's recommended to pair with Mexican and Southeast Asian dishes such as shrimp spring rolls, corn tortillas, and som tam.

As the sequel to the January debut of "Jr. no Fushigi-chan," the "Honmon, Makafusigichan" differs from its predecessor by only 1% in the rice polishing ratio. Even a 1% difference in the polishing ratio can make a world of difference. Focusing on the sake's "sweetness," it breaks through traditional norms! This sake incorporates new Ginjo brewing techniques and is exclusively handled by Executive Director Imai.
