As the sequel to the January debut of "Jr. no Fushigi-chan," the "Honmon, Makafusigichan" differs from its predecessor by only 1% in the rice polishing ratio. Even a 1% difference in the polishing ratio can make a world of difference. Focusing on the sake's "sweetness," it breaks through traditional norms! This sake incorporates new Ginjo brewing techniques and is exclusively handled by Executive Director Imai.
