This sake has a rich and intense sweetness with a delicate and elegant aftertaste. The moderate acidity brings a perfectly sharp sensation. This embodies the essence of Kamenoo Brewery's techniques and the core of "Kudokijozu."

The sake labeled as "Super" is considered to be even more superior to the standard "Kudokijozu" sake. It is a Junmai Daiginjo with a polishing ratio of 30% and was awarded the Grand Prix in the "1st Sake 1 Grand Prix" competition. The rice used to brew this sake is the Bizen Omachi from Okayama Prefecture, known for being the softest among many rice varieties. It is extremely delicate and challenging to handle.

Executive Director Imai selected this rice because he prioritized expressing the rice's aroma and flavor. He takes full responsibility for the production of this sake.
