Awarded the Gold Prize at the 2022 National New Sake Competition, this exquisite sake is made from the finest Bizen Special A grade Yamada Nishiki rice, polished to 35%. The National New Sake Competition is a renowned competition held nationwide, playing a crucial role in improving production techniques and quality.

This Daiginjo sake is made by selecting the middle portion of the sake after pressing and allowing it to settle, resulting in a clear sake with a small amount of sediment, enhancing its flavor and mouthfeel.
