Description

This sake has a pronounced rice aroma and sweetness that greets the nose. Upon tasting, a moment of subtle sweetness is followed by a burst of spiciness that quickly fades, leaving a gentle aftertaste. Its flavor falls between the Kamonishiki classic version and Tsukihaku.

Asahi rice, the root of most sake rice in western Japan, is akin to the "Kame no O" rice in eastern Japan. In recent years, local sake breweries have been reselecting Asahi rice for sake production. This traditional light and dry sake invite you to experience the new charm of the "Nama-zake" series, brewed with selected Asahi rice.
