“Juyondai Junmai Daiginjo Nakadori Jomorohaku Sakemirai” is one of the top expressions in the Juyondai series brewed with the brewery’s original sake rice “Sakemirai.” It employs the nakadori method (selecting the middle cut during pressing) to ensure a rich yet pure flavor profile, and is bottled without pasteurization to preserve its original freshness.
