It is brewed using the finest sake rice, Hattan Nishiki, from Hiroshima Prefecture, and is filled with 20 times more gold leaf than usual. This premium sake can be paired with a specially designed wooden box, making it ideal for gift-giving. The name "79 Au" is derived from the atomic number of gold, "79," and the elemental symbol for gold, "Au," combined to create the name of the sake. A large amount of gold leaf is submerged at the bottom of the bottle. When the bottle is shaken, the gold leaf floats in the sake, creating a stunning visual effect. The bottle is transparent to avoid any effects from ultraviolet rays, so please store the sake in a cool, dark place.
