The "Born Tokusen Jummai Daiginjo Migakisanwarihachibu" is a special selection Junmai Daiginjo sake crafted with the concept of preserving a slight astringency and bitterness essential for a well-balanced sake while maintaining a refreshing taste. It uses Yamada Nishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture, polished to a ratio of 38%. The sake is produced in small batches, using special containers with a three-layer water circulation system, closely mimicking natural temperature conditions. It undergoes maturation for over two years at temperatures below zero degrees Celsius. Due to the extended aging at low temperatures, it exhibits a delicate grapefruit aroma.

It has earned several awards and recognitions at various international competitions, including:
