In its graceful demeanor, one can glimpse the unknown potential of "Hakutsurunishiki" and the exceptional craftsmanship of Gochoda Brewery.

Derived from the sake rice "Hakutsurunishiki" developed solely by Hakutsuru Brewery, the "Azumaichi Junmai Ginjo Hakutsurunishiki49" is crafted.

The development concept of Hakutsurunishiki was to "create a rice comparable to Yamada Nishiki," and it was registered as a variety in 2007. Hakutsurunishiki is a crossbreed between Yamada Nishiki and Wataribune No. 2, and in terms of both origin and richness of taste, Hakutsurunishiki can be considered the younger sibling of the "king of sake rice," Yamada Nishiki.

Gochoda Brewery's deep understanding of Yamada Nishiki, expressed through "Hakutsurunishiki" in Azumaichi, is almost destined.
