Description

Upon opening, it maintains a fresh and invigorating sensation, displaying a hint of effervescence. It carries a refreshing aroma of sweet melon and grapefruit. The delicate acidity complements the light and elegant sweetness reminiscent of Daiginjo. As you savor it, a slightly spicy taste gradually emerges. The fresh taste of the mineral-rich rice spreads out, finishing with a crisp and sharp sensation. Its characteristic is a mild and gentle palate, suitable for pairing with a variety of dishes, making it a versatile sake for land, sea, and air.

The concept behind this sake is to brew it in a new brewery in Namie Town, using local sake rice and local water. The sake rice used is the early-ripening variety "Gohyakumangoku," showcasing a refreshing taste through the flat rice polishing method. In the future, they plan to use "Yume no Ka" rice planted by contract farmers in Namie Town and Fukushima City as the raw material. Additionally, the brewing water is different from the soft water at the Nagai Brewery; Namie's water is hard water, reportedly sourced from the town's tap water supply.
