Description

This is a pure rice sake with a smooth texture and a lingering, stretching aftertaste. Please try it chilled, at room temperature, or slightly warmed.

Suzuki Shuzoten, located in Nagai City, Yamagata Prefecture, is the brewery behind the representative brand "Iwakikotobuki." Originally, the brewery was situated in Namie City, Fukushima Prefecture, along the coast. It is a brand beloved by fishermen as Namie City is a fishing town. Utilizing the "Hanafubuki" rice from Aomori Prefecture and employing their own underground water and low-temperature fermentation, it presents a silky and elegantly rice-scented character.
