Just like cooking meat at low and high temperatures can affect the texture, tasting this sake at different temperatures can provide varying experiences. Whether at a hotel or at home, you can try tasting this sake at different temperatures to compare the changes in flavors. It pairs well with traditional Japanese dishes such as sashimi, grilled fish, tofu, rolled omelet, simmered dishes, and sautéed daikon. Of course, it also goes well with meat or cheese dishes.

Sake is indeed a beverage that can warm the body, driven by the instinctive sensibility of humans. The yeast used is a naturally fermented brewery yeast. The rice used comes from Gunma Prefecture with a polishing rate of 90%, allowing you to fully appreciate the deliciousness of the rice when heated. After being bottled, it is aged for 3 years at room temperature. Therefore, this sake has a unique value of being softened by long-term aging.

This special hot sake was initially planned for release in the autumn of 2020. However, due to its overly bitter and hard taste that couldn't be improved with heating, the release was postponed. After another year, when tasted again, it still remained hard, requiring further delay in its release. Now, the taste has finally improved, leading to its release this year.
