This sake has an elegant and delicate aroma, with a clear and crisp mouthfeel. The clean and refreshing taste is accompanied by a fruity sweetness that gently spreads, while the apple-like acidity tightly wraps up the aftertaste.

The rice used, "Ushu Homare," is a special type of rice that was developed by Takagi Sake Brewery over ten years and is used to make "Juyondai" sake. Due to their close relationship with Takagi Sake Brewery, Sumikawa Sake Brewing Co., Ltd. is able to use this rice.

The "Jundo Ichizu" series is a new series based on a 50% polished pure rice ginjo sake. Each month, eight different types of rice are used to showcase the characteristics of each rice to the fullest extent. These sakes are made using the one-time fire method without filtration, preserving the freshness and original flavor of the sake.
