This sake is brewed using the representative rice variety from Okayama prefecture called "Omachi." It skillfully expresses the full-bodied texture and intensity of Omachi rice while successfully showcasing the refreshing and delicious taste unique to Toyobijin. This sake is praiseworthy, gradually revealing the full-bodied richness of Omachi rice and intricately blending the flavors and acidity into a juicy and fruit-intensive brew. It is a wonderful blend of the unique characteristics of Omachi and Toyobijin.

The "Jundo Ichizu" series features junmai ginjo sake with a polishing rate of 50%. Nine different rice varieties are used each month, fully demonstrating the unique characteristics of each rice variety. After undergoing only one unpasteurized filtration process, this sake retains its fresh taste and original flavor.
