This sake uses rice from Hokkaido, "Kitashizuku", which has large grain size and a smooth mouthfeel, with almost no impurities. It uses micro-bubble rice and flat polishing rice processing technology. Using M310 yeast, it undergoes meticulous brewing to create a pure rice sake without filtration.
