Taguchi New Sake! Made from the "Kaminoho" rice cultivated under contract in Taguchi Town, Mie Prefecture, this is a pure rice ginjo freshly pressed sake! "Kaminoho" translates to "beautiful sake rice cultivated in the land of the gods" and is the first premium sake rice exclusively used for brewing in Mie Prefecture.

The limited distribution sake "Taguchi - Tabika -" is named after the region and is sourced from the Taguchi River flowing beside the brewery. The water for brewing comes from the clear underground water of the Suzuka Mountains, combined with carefully cultivated high-quality rice by local farmers, resulting in the creation of "Taguchi" sake. Described in Taguchi's introduction, "This is a gentle, gentle, and emotionally fulfilling sake."
