This special junmai sake has a Japanese Sake Meter Value of -4.8, giving it a refreshing taste while still retaining a gentle acidity that provides a comfortable drinking experience despite a slight sweetness.

In terms of aroma, it exudes a subtle atmosphere while carrying a sweet fruity scent reminiscent of pears. The taste is smooth and rich in fragrance.

This sake can be enjoyed at a wide range of temperatures, but heating it slightly will produce a milder and warmer flavor, accentuating the taste of the rice.

It has a moderate acidity, a pleasant aroma of sake, and a moist and elegant flavor. This triple characteristic flavor is what the brewery is confident in, perfectly reminiscent of "Suigyoku" - a green gem.

As a liquor for dining, this sake has high potential.

The name "Suigyoku" comes from its resemblance to a gemstone, like a green jade sake.

This special junmai sake uses high-quality rice from Akita Prefecture, with the koji rice refined to 55%. Ryozeki Syuzo Co., Ltd. was established in 1874 in Yuzawa City, Southern Akita Prefecture, an area known for producing high-quality sake rice. They carefully polish the locally produced rice and make delicious sake. Due to its natural environment in a heavy snow region, the quality of water is also excellent. They use water selected as one of the "Hundred Best Waters" known as "Chikara-mizu" for brewing.

The "Hanazumi" by Ryozeki Syuzo has garnered attention as it was supervised by Mr. Takagi of Takagi Shuzo in selecting the rice, brewing methods, and even labeling and naming.
