Description

This sake is crafted using high-quality Yamada Nishiki rice sourced from Nishihara Village in the Akitsu region, showcasing a delicate transparency and abundant umami. The body is soft and melting in the mouth, accompanied by a refreshing acidity that provides a comfortable sensation on the tongue and throat, perfectly merging tranquility with dynamism.

Located in the Akitsu region of Hyogo Prefecture, the area has been cultivating top-tier Yamada Nishiki for over half a century. The Akitsu region is divided into three villages from south to north: "Koya," "Tokuda," and "Nishihara." The sake "Saido" is specifically made using Yamada Nishiki produced in Nishihara Village, located at the northernmost point.

The Akitsu region is situated in the upper area of the Tōjō River in Hyogo Prefecture and consists of the three areas of Tokuda, Koya, and Nishihara. It is regarded as one of the top production areas for cultivating Yamada Nishiki. The Yamada Nishiki grown in this land is considered of exceptional quality and uniqueness.
