Made from Gohyakumangoku rice from Toyama Prefecture, polished to 60%, and brewed with the water from Mount Koya, a World Heritage site, this is a Ginjo sake. It is the most reasonably priced sake in the Ryujimmaru series and follows the traditional brewing process proudly practiced by Takagaki Shuzo at low temperatures for extended, slow fermentation. The powerful characters on the label evoke a grand and majestic feeling.
