After drinking, the lingering sweetness on the tip of the tongue and the upper palate feels like a gentle layer covering it. However, the faint aftertaste in the lingering is quite unique.

Because of a hint of bitterness mixed in, there is no greasiness at all.

The "NEXT 5" volunteer team, a collaboration between contemporary artist Takashi Murakami and the new generation of sake breweries in Akita Prefecture, jointly launched a collaborative sake.

This sake is produced for "Bar Zingaro," a café-bar created by Takashi Murakami in Nakano, Tokyo, and features original bottle design.

This project, a collaboration between Japan's top artists and innovative sake breweries focusing on the next generation, is expected to serve as an opportunity to introduce Japanese sake to the younger generation and to promote a renewed appreciation of its charm among young people.
