This sake is part of the "Edo Return" concept launching in November 2024, based on "Senkin Modern" and crafted as the "First Press." Three styles are released simultaneously: "Arasou," "Nakadori," and "Seme."

This particular sake is the "Arasou" version featuring the sediment.
