Under the leadership of Mr. Imai Shunji, who commands the sweet mouth brewing, the season-limited edition of the popular sake "Bakuren" is born, as a limited edition brew, it is the second installment of the top-class series of ultra-dry sake, the raw version of "Black Bakuren".

The raw material rice selected for this sake is the future upgrade version of "Yamanishiki", the representative sake rice of Toyama Prefecture, polished to 55%, and brewed using spring water from the Rinfushimizu Mountains and the meticulous M310 yeast from the Ogawa No. 10. This is a new sake raw sake aimed at pursuing ultra-dry Ginjo sake.

Yamanishiki was cultivated to produce a variety suitable for Ginjo sake, with large shinpaku (starch center) grains that melt easily in the moromi (fermentation mash), thus possessing the characteristic of sake quality diversity.
