The top note exudes a vibrant and fresh aroma, while on the palate, a crisp sweetness blends harmoniously with a moderate acidity, creating a lively and rich "super dry" style. The aftertaste is remarkable, gradually revealing a bold spiciness that pleasantly lingers. True to its name "Bakuren," it is a delightful sake. This version of "Bakuren" represents an evolved version, an ultra-dry sake that boasts outstanding balance in fragrance, a refreshing clarity, and a rich flavor profile, along with a strong spiciness as its distinctive feature. It is perfect for enthusiasts who enjoy clear and strong or dry sake.

The sake rice used is "Kamenoo No. 4," cultivated by the agriculturalist Hideyuki Suzuki in Ogata Village, Akita Prefecture. The rice is polished down to 55%, and the brewing water comes from the subterranean streams of the Mt. Gassan mountain range. Small sake-brewing yeast No. 10 and M310 yeast are chosen for brewing, pursuing the quintessential "super dry" ginjo sake with a sharp and dry mouthfeel, resulting in a new and refreshing namazake.
