Description

This sake has an aroma with hints of apple, and a taste that spreads like a ripe apple with both sweetness and acidity. It comes with a Paulownia wood box packaging.

This Japanese sake is a junmai daiginjo sake made from carefully polished Yamada Nishiki rice and brewed with clear spring water from the headwaters of the Kinkawa River. It is a fragrant and aromatic drip sake created naturally through slow fermentation at low temperature, with liquid dripping from the sake kasu bag.

This sake is themed around the concept of "Towards Deliciousness".
