Description

This sake offers a sweet fruity flavor reminiscent of both green apple and pineapple. It is neither sour nor bitter, with a slight effervescence and a rich taste that provides a strong sensory experience. The aftertaste carries a floral essence that quickly fades away.

This is the third time this season that the rare sake rice "Aiyama" has been used for brewing. Only the most stable quality portion of the sake, known as "Nakatori," is selected. This sake is extracted from the middle part of the well-settled clear sake, preserving a small amount of sediment to enhance the mouthfeel and flavor.

Due to its extremely limited production, it will be sold out soon.
