The bottle cap opens with a "pshoo" sound. Pour the sake into a glass and gently swirl it. The initial aroma is slightly extravagant, with hints of pineapple and honey-like sweetness, and a subtle undertone of fresh green apple. Upon entry, it starts with a soft and refreshing attack, gradually revealing a slightly intense sweetness, as if fruits are bursting in the mouth. It's crisp and refreshing. A fresh acidity emerges, smoothly blending the sweetness as it glides into the palate. This is the essence of the Juyondai Junmai Ginjo, a refreshing and juicy profile, accompanied by a pleasant citrusy hint. The presentation of this acidity is as if every detail has been meticulously calculated, delivering a fresh and intricate flavor. A light, refreshing sensation gently melts in the mouth. The finish flows naturally, without any sharpness, dissipating quietly.

This 14th generation sake is produced by Takagi Shuzo, a pure rice ginjo sake from Japan. It is made entirely from domestically grown rice, with the rice polished down to 50%, and has an alcohol content of 16%.

"Origarami" refers to the slightly cloudy appearance of the sake. During the sake-making process, after pressing the unrefined sake, there are tiny suspended particles of rice and yeast, among others, in the liquid. The liquid that retains these suspended particles is called "origarami." When stored in a container, the sake separates into a clear upper layer and a turbid lower layer. Due to the heavier nature of "origarami," it settles at the bottom of the container, while the upper layer becomes the clear sake.

"Arabashiri" refers to the naturally flowing white cloudy liquid that is obtained during the initial pressing process in brewing. It has a fresh flavor and a rich mouthfeel.
