Description

After three years of aging, this sake is matured to perfection, showcasing a light and refined aroma, a soft and velvety texture, and a flavor profile that is both pleasing and changing. With an alcohol content of 14%, it is suitable for drinking chilled, at room temperature, or slightly warmed, and can provide relief from the heat. We especially recommend pairing it with grilled fish such as cod, flounder, and sea bass, as well as hot pot dishes.

This season's "Iwakikotobuki" Junmaishu is made with rice from Fukushima City's "Iwaki Rice" production area.

The phrase "此れはしたり" is an old expression used to express surprise or amazement. We hope that you will experience the same surprise when you taste this sake!
