Description

The sake's sweet fruity aroma, reminiscent of bananas and pears, might lead one to mistake it for the level of "Isojiman Gokujo Tokubetsu Honjozou." On the other hand, there is a subtle mineral sensation that imparts a slightly dry taste to the overall mouthfeel. However, its gentle sweetness and flavor balance give this sake a soft texture.

"Isojiman" offers three types of honjozou, with the highest grade being the "Tokubetsu Honjozou." It is brewed using the specially designated A-grade sake rice "Yamada Nishiki" from Takasho in Hyogo Prefecture. It undergoes limited water intake and is subject to restricted polishing. The brewing process involves using the carefully crafted "Isojiman flow artificial sake koji" to achieve a natural fermentation.
