Description

The initial notes present a more splendid pear-like aroma. Compared to Seito, there is a slightly different impression in the fragrance, combined with subtle banana-like notes. Upon tasting, it is much crisper than expected. Unlike Seito, it exhibits a gentle variation in sweetness and acidity, with a subtle yet beautiful acidity that doesn't stand out.

In the story of Japanese Sake Terroir, in the classification system of French wines, the origin of the top-grade rice corresponds to the Special A region. In this Special A region, the rice paddies are also designated and named accordingly, such as the Yamada Nishiki rice produced in Akitsu. This sake is limited to release in September.
