Description

The palate is gentle, full-bodied, and exudes a fresh and moist sensation with rich sweetness, carrying a deep aroma. In the latter part, the unique acidity of "Harukasumi" surges, bringing out a refreshing sensation that complements the pure alcoholic notes, providing a delightful and refreshing experience to fully savor the elegance of this premium sake.

It is recommended to savor slowly after refrigeration.

This is the first attempt at crafting a "Kijoshu" by Harukasumi, brewed in 2019 and aged for approximately a year and a half under low temperatures. Due to the storage, the originally aromatic characteristics of the premium sake become even more profound. The rice used is Miyama Nishiki, and a portion of the brewing water is sourced from Kuribayashi Shuzoten's clear sake.

The "Kijoshu" is created during the final stage of the three-stage brewing process, specifically during the "Tome-Tian" phase, where sake is used as the final brewing water. The "Harukasumi Kijoshu 2019" uses sake aged during this "Tome-Tian" phase.
